The album got a bit of attention due to the skill of the sisters, who played their respective instruments, and how they sang in close harmony. It was produced by Ry Cooder, and released by musician Jack White’s label – Third Man Records. The triplets continued performing and touring together for the next three years, but haven’t released any new tracks since then. Tanya then refocused her efforts back to visual arts, doing various art events in Los Angeles. She’s done paintings, sculptures, and mixed media works – she loves old art and designs, often referencing them in her work.
Personal Life
Haden met Jack Black when they were both students at Crossroads School in Santa Monica . While they knew each other, they didn’t start dating until sometime in 2005, were married a year later, and have two sons – Samuel born in 2006 and Thomas in 2008. Her husband is an actor who established himself in comedy films such as “School of Rock”, “Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny”, and the “Kung Fu Panda” franchise. One of his most recent projects is “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle”. He’s been nominated several times during his career, and won a Grammy Award for his work in his comedy rock duo Tenacious D.
