Trinidad had a tough childhood – when he was four years old his father went to jail, and his mother went on to marry a woman. He was raised by his mother and her wife and he is Mexican and black ethnicity, while his mother’s wife is from Puerto Rico.

He gathered quite a following online, and then uploaded his song “Jennifer”, which went on to become a gigantic hit.
The recording of the song was somewhat unplanned, as his friends heard him singing in his bathroom and recorded it; after watching the tape, Trinidad uploaded it onto the internet in early 2017, and when Trinidad woke up the next morning, it had already been viewed more than seven million times (in just one night!). The track has since been shared by many celebrities including Gucci Mane and Kelly Rowland among others.
The song helped him sign a contract with Island Records, and he went on to release his debut extended play “Jennifer EP” featuring two of his songs “Ready” and “You Are Mine”, while some of his most recent songs he’s released are “Dinero”, “Call Me Back”, and “Even If”.

He enjoys attending concerts, while he is also keen on listening to jazz and blues performers in local bars in Phoenix.
