Childhood and education

Amber spent her childhood in Ohio where she was raised alongside her siblings by their parents. She began taking dancing and singing lessons at the age of six, but soon developed an interest in acting, and at the age of eight began taking acting classes. After matriculating from a local high school in Ohio, she enrolled at Otterbein University in Westerville, from which she graduated in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in acting.

Amber launched her acting career in 2003, when she appeared in “The Three Stages of Stan” film which is based on short stories written by two San Francisco writers. Bob Vickery and Dale Chase.
