American actor Cam Gigandet was born in Tacoma, Washington State USA, on 16 August 1982, making Leo his zodiac sign. He has 56 acting credits, and is perhaps still known best for playing James in the 2008 romantic fantasy movie “Twilight”, which starred Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, was directed by Catherine Hardwicke and based on the eponymous book series by Stephenie Meyer. Cam and his sister Kelsie, who’s today a celebrity hair stylist, were raised in Tacoma by their father Jay Gigandet and mother Kim; Jay’s a co-owner of The Rock pizza franchise.

Cam became interested in acting while studying at Auburn Senior High School, while he was also into playing basketball and baseball for the school teams. He matriculated in 2000, and then enrolled at Santa Monica College in California, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2004.

Dominique gave birth to their daughter Everleigh Ray Gigandet on 14 April 2009, and their son Rekker Radley followed on 23 January 2013; she gave birth to their second daughter Armie Heartly Gigandet on 30 November 2015.

Dominique filed for divorce in August 2022, and it was finalized by the end of the year.
