Chrishell was born on 21 Jul 1981, in Draffenville, Kentucky, so is now 38 years old. We don’t know much about her parents, however, there is an interesting story about how she got her name. When her mother went into labor, she was at a gas station called Shell. The clerk’s name was Chris, and so her mother put the two together and give her the name Chrishell.

Chrishell went to Murray State University, and in 2003 graduated with a bachelor’s degree in theatre. In this world, she crossed paths with dancer, actor and songwriter Mathew Morrison, to whom she became engaged in 2006. However, the engagement didn’t last, and the couple broke up in 2007.

Marriage, Personal Life

At that time, her now husband, Justin Hartley was married to a co-star in from his series “Passions”, Lindsey Korman.

The two of them have a daughter Bella Justice Hartley, born in 2004. So Chrishell is a step-mom, and from what we can tell has a perfect relationship with Bella. Justin divorced his wife after eight years of marriage, and in 2017 he and Chrishell married in Malibu, California in a private ceremony. Even before that, the couple did not hide their enthusiasm, as witnessed by a picture of the engagement ring on Instagram, and him saying that he had finally found ‘the one’, adding that when that happens, you know it.

However, it was a rocky road to get there since she only let him kiss her on the cheek on the first day. But after she had told her friend about him, she realized how much she liked him, and so the love grew. They dated for four years before marrying; at the wedding, Justin’s daughter Bella was a bridesmaid.

Career

Not long after she graduated, she had her first role as Amanda Dillon in “All My Children”, which aired in 2005; she now has a prosperous career of over 10 years.

She didn’t have any significant work until 2013, when Chrishell secured a role in the big hit telenovela “The Days of our Lives” for the next two years, then proceeded with her career in ABC’s “Mistresses” in 2015, and “The Young and Restless”. Before working on the latter, she was one of the writers of all the previous shows she did, which was a perfect opportunity to show her talent for writing.
