At a young age, Alexandra had already decided on an acting career, taking up the Meisner acting technique since joining the Professional Children’s School during her childhood. After matriculating from high school, she enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College, but dropped out to pursue acting full-time.
During this time, she had already gained a few roles, including in “All My Children”, and “Percy Jackson & the Olympians” in which she portrayed Annabeth Chase, which she reprised in “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters”.
