Early life, family, and education

Born under the zodiac sign of Aquarius on 31 January 1999, in London, England, Lily holds British nationality and comes from a family of Burmese, Welsh, Irish and English descent. This 24-year-old actress spent most of her early days in London alongside her parents, Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen, however, the two separated in 2003. Kate and Michael began dating back in 1995, but although they were together for almost a decade, they never married.

When the two separated, Kate married a filmmaker Len Wiseman, who adopted Lily as a stepdaughter. The three of them moved to Los Angeles, California USA, where Lily attended a private local high school. Acting career

Lily made her acting debut as Young Selene in the 2006 fantasy thriller “Underworld: Evolution”, written and directed by her stepfather, Len Wiseman, and starring her mother, Kate Beckinsale. Lily played the younger version of her mother’s character, which isn’t surprising since Lily is often described as a ‘younger version’ of her mother. The movie, also starring Scott Speedman and Bill Nighy, had six award nominations and two wins.

Later that year, Lily was seen as a Lakeside Camp Girl in the comedy “Click”, starring Adam Sandler, her mother Kate and Christopher Walken. The movie followed the story of a workaholic architect who finds a universal remote that allowed him to rewind or fast-forward parts of his life. It had 12 award nominations, including the Oscar for Best Achievement in Make-up, and three wins.

Three years later, Lily was cast to play Young Amy in the adventure drama “Everybody’s Fine”, starring Kate Beckinsale and Robert De Niro, which was nominated for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Award for Outstanding Film – Wide Release.

Most recently, Lily was seen as Addy Cage in the 2022 comedy crime action “The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent”, starring Nicolas Cage, Pedro Pascal, and Tiffany Haddish. Later that year, Lily made her first TV series appearance as herself in the comedy-drama “Staged”, starring her father Michael Sheen and David Tennant. The series aired between 2020 and 2022 and followed the story of two actors whose play has been put on hold because of the Covid pandemic, but the director persuaded them to rehearse online. The show won 27 awards and had 11 nominations.

When it comes to his movie roles, one of his most notable was his portrayal of Tony Blair in the 2006 biographic drama “The Queen”, which also earned him numerous awards, including the Gold Derby Film Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Born Michael Christopher Sheen under the zodiac sign of Aquarius on 5 February 1969, in Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales, where he was raised by his parents Irene and Meyrick, alongside his sister, Joanne. As a teenager, a keen footballer, he was scouted by Arsenal’s youth team, however, Michael’s parents were unwilling to relocate to London. He later stated that he’s grateful to his parents, since he’d been dreaming of an acting career.
