Who is Kirsten Storms?
American actress Kirsten Renee Storms was born in Orlando, Florida USA, on 8 April 1984, making Aries her zodiac sign. She has only 28 acting credits, and this is because she’s been shooting for the soap opera “General Hospital” since 2005, playing Maxie Jones in more than 1,500 episodes. The series was created back in 1963 by Doris and Frank Hursley, and today also stars Steve Burton and Maurice Benard, and follows a group of people living in Port Charles, New York State; it’s won 315 of the 1,121 awards for which it was nominated.
Education and early life
Kirsten was raised in Orlando alongside her brother Austin and sister Gretchen, by their father Mike Storms who’s an American sportscaster, and mother Karen Storms who’s an American housewife; Kirsten also has a paternal half-brother Chris.
She was five when she visited her father at work, and was then able to convince her parents to find her an agent; she was also five when she stated that she wanted to become a popular soap opera actress. She was enrolled into an intensive children’s acting camp, and went on to appear in a number of commercials, including for Galoob Baby Doll. Kirsten was 11 when she launched her acting career, appearing in the 1995 family series “Sing Me a Story with Belle”, and she’s been active in the film industry ever since.

Kirsten played Ashley in two episodes of the 1996 family drama “Second Noah”, which starred Betsy Brantley and Daniel Hugh Kelly, and was created by Pamela K. Long. It follows an author who’s married a zookeeper, and who’ve now adopted many children as well as various animals; the series was nominated for a 1997 Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series – Young Ensemble. The remainder of the ‘90s saw Kirsten appear in an episode of the action “The Cape”, the comedy “You Wish” and the drama “Any Day Now”.
From 1999 through 2004, Kirsten starred as Belle Black in 779 episodes of another long-running soap opera “Days of Our Lives”, which starred Kristian Alfonso and Deidre Hall, and was created by Ted Corday and Irna Phillips. It follows the citizens of Salem, the soap opera’s been airing since 1965 and has won 241 of its 877 award nominations. Some of Kirsten’s roles in the remainder of the 2000s were in the crime action “CSI: Miami”, the family sports drama “Clubhouse” and the animated action adventure “Kim Possible” (voice role).

Kirsten reprised her role as Zenon Kar in the 2001 adventure family comedy “Zenon: The Zequel”, which also starred Lauren Maltby and Shadia Simmons, and was directed by Manny Coto. She and American actor Brandon Joseph Barash met on the set of the soap opera “General Hospital”, and in August 2013 revealed that they’d married in secret on 16 June; Brandon has 32 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for having been starring as Jake DiMera in 384 episodes of the soap opera “Days of Our Lives” since 2019.
On 7 January 2014, Kirsten gave birth to their daughter Harper Rose Barash; she and Brandon divorced in 2016 but have remained equally involved in Harper’s upbringing.
There are no other men whom Kirsten’s perhaps been with, that we know about; she seems to be unattached as of July 2023, and has a daughter with former husband Brandon Joseph Barash.
