Mandie Adell Taketa was born on the 3rd March 1976, in Hawaii, USA; she is of Japanese ancestry from her father’s side, and his name is Ronald Taketa. To speak of her mother, her name isn’t known, though it is known that the woman was European, and that she died in her early 40s – apparently she got ill in her 30s, and lived with an oxygen tank for about 11 years, before she eventually passed away.
