Tracee Carrasco was born on the 28th March 1981, in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, the daughter of Gilbert Tolentino and Sheril Carrasco – she goes by her mother’s maiden name. For her education, after high school she enrolled at Azusa Pacific University, California, from which she graduated with a degree in Communication Studies, and with a minor in marketing.
