In the following year, Sunny portrayed Eva in “The Week Of”, a comedy about two fathers with totally opposite personalities forced to spend the weekend together to celebrate the wedding of their children.

Later in 2018, she was heard as Sunny in “Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation”, followed by her role as Brittany in “Murder Mystery”, starring her father Adam, Jennifer Aniston and Luke Evans, which won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Movie.

Sunny followed with roles in the 2020 movies “The Wrong Missy” and “Hubie Halloween”, and most recently, she was seen in the 2022 comedies “Home Team” and “Hustle”.

The young actress will  appearas Stacy Friedman in the announced comedy “You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah”, set to be released on 25 August 2023. Sunny will star alongside her father, mother and her sister, Sadie. This will be Sunny’s first major role, in the movie which follows the story of her character, Stacy, preparing for her Bat Mitzvah when her plans are threatened with ruin. Also, in November 2023, she’ll be heard in the announced animated family comedy “Leo”, the story of a 74-year-old lizard who plans to escape from the terrarium.

Hobbies and other interests

Sunny, like many of her peers, enjoys watching movies and listening to music. Besides her father’s movies, she likes movies starring her favorite actor Timothee Chalamet, such as “Call Me by Your Name” and “Dune”.

When it comes to her favorite musicians, she’s a big fan of Taylor Swift, and Sunny’s favorite song is “Lover”. She also likes Halsey, who performed at Sunny’s Bat Mitzvah; Charlie Puth also sang at her party.

Sunny is a talented singer too; she showed her skills by performing a song from “The Greatest Showman” during one of her father’s comedy shows.
