Who is Peter Palandjian?
Peter Palandjian is an American businessman who’s achieved fame through the successful Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. He’s the CEO of the company that his father, Petros A. Palandjian founded in 1959. Before venturing into corporate business, Peter was a professional tennis player.
Peter Palandjian Age, Education
Peter Palandjian was born on the 12th February 1964, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA; he’s of Iranian ancestry with Armenian descent, as his father is an Armenian immigrant from Iran. His mother is Sheila Kelly Palandjian, and Peter has a brother named Paul.
Peter attended Phillips Academy Andover, after which he enrolled at Harvard University Business School. Peter became captain of the tennis team as he was the best player in his class, and led the team in the NCAA championships – before his graduation day, Peter beat Pat McEnroe at the NCAA Championships in 1986. He finished his studies with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American literature.
Tennis Professional
He focused on a tennis career once he left college, and played for a while, having noteworthy results in doubles; he won five challenger titles in 1987 and 1988 with three different partners, Bud Schultz, Jeff Klaparda, and Luke Jensen. Unfortunately, in singles, Peter didn’t have much success, and officially retired from tennis in 1989.
Business Career
Peter then joined the global management consultancy agency Bain & Company, in Boston, working as an associate at the company for the next two years, and then becoming an assistant to the CEO of Staples, an American office retail company.
Concurrently Peter was also attending the Harvard Business School for his Master of Business Administration degree, then after graduating, left the company and joined his father’s Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation as the CEO.
Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation
Founded as a construction firm, nowadays the Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation is a real estate conglomerate, with over $4 billion in client funds, and has acquired more than $10 billion of real estate assets across the US.
Peter was the instrumental part in developing the strategy and business plan of the company, transforming it from a simple construction firm into a real estate conglomerate.
Peter Palandjian Net Worth
Peter Palandjian’s wealth is estimated at $6 billion, as of mid-2024, but although a billionaire, Peter hasn’t flaunted his lifestyle, and has apparently been living a simple life with his wife and children.

Eliza isn’t Peter’s first wife, as he had a failed marriage behind him and four children from his relationship with Marie-Louise “Minou” – three daughters – Manon, Margot, and Madelon Palandjian – and a son, Petros Palandjian.
Eliza Dushku Short Bio
Eliza Patricia Dushko was born on the 30th December 1980, in Watertown, Massachusetts, the daughter of Philip Richard George Dushku, an Albanian, and Judith Ann Rasmussen of Danish and English ancestry.
Eliza was raised as a Mormon with her three brothers; she went to Beaver Country Day School in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and would later receive her high school education from Watertown High School.
Child Actress
Eliza’s career began when she was just 10 years old, as she was noticed by a casting agent, and after a tiresome search for a lead actress for the film “That Night”, Eliza was selected, without any previous experience. She was 12 years old when the film made its premiere.
In the next few years, Eliza established herself as a young, talented actress, with such films as “The Boy’s Life” (1993), and “True Lies” (1994).
Transformation into Adult Roles and Stardom
It was in 1998 that she made the news, when she was chosen for the part of Buffy Summers in the TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” (1998-2003), and it’s spin-off series “Angel” (2000-2003). Since then, Eliza has become a prominent actress, with a number of memorable appearances, such as Tru Davies in the TV series “Tru Calling” (2003-2005), then the lead role in the crime mystery thriller film “The Alphabet Killer” (2008), and most recently as Veronica Dawson in the TV series “Banshee” (2016), and “Bull” in 2017, as well as the TV movie “The Saint” in the same year.
Eliza Dushku Controversy, Relationships
Back in January 2018, Eliza came forward about being sexually molested by the stunt coordinator Joel Kramer during the filming of “True Lies”. She said that one of her adult friends seriously spoke with Kramer about his inappropriate actions towards young Eliza, and after this, the same day Eliza was seriously injured on the set, breaking several ribs. Joel Kramer was allegedly at fault, but denied all accusations.
She received a payout settlement of $9.5 million from the CBS network, after working on the series “Bull”, accusing Michael Weatherly of sexually suggestive and offensive behavior towards her on the set. Apparently, Eliza quit her acting career because of the aforementioned incidents, and the prevalence of similar in Hollywood. She’s now living a rather quieter life in Boston
Before marrying Peter, Eliza was living with Rick Fox, a former Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers basketball player, from August 2010 until June 2014; the two began dating in October 2009.

Eliza Dushku played the part of Faith in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” Sarah Michelle Geller played Buffy Summers. Eliza was absolutely fantastic as Faith.
