Joseph ‘Clayne’ Crawford was born in Clay, Alabama USA, on 20 April 1978, and is popular for his acting career, particularly for his role of Martin Riggs in the “Lethal Weapon” TV series – his zodiac sign is Taurus and he holds American nationality.
Clayne was born to Lennie and Brian Crawford, and participated in several sports at Hewitt Trussville High School, such as football and wrestling. After turning 18 in 1996, he drove from Alabama to Los Angeles to try and launch a career in acting – while searching for roles and opportunities, he worked on construction sites to financially support himself. He changed his name from Joseph to Clayne in 2000, to honor his hometown and his ancestor whose name was Clan.
He made his TV series debut appearance in 1997, when he appeared in a single episode of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, and later in the “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” detective crime TV series.
