Rozonda Ocielian Thomas was born on 27 February 1971 – professionally known as Chilli, she is an American singer-songwriter, actress, performer, TV personality and model, who rose to fame in the early ;90s as a part of TLC, one of the most popular girl groups of the 20th century. Other albums made by the group include “Fanmail”, “3D” and “TLC”, with the latter being released in 2007.
