Early life and education

Missy was raised in Springfield by her parents about whom little is known, because she respects their privacy; it’s believed that her father was the owner of his own small business, and that her mother was a real estate agent. Because Missy hasn’t spoken of having any siblings, most of her fans believe her to be an only child.

She studied at West Chester High School and was interested in various activities during her four years there; she practiced acting with the school’s drama club, ran track and also learned to  dance; it’s believed that Missy was also a cheerleader.

Upon matriculating in 1998, Missy enrolled at Penn State University, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in communication in 2002.

Missy’s career

Missy launched her career as a model straight out of high school, and simultaneously attended Penn State.

Her acting career began  in 2003, with her portrayal of Beth in the romantic comedy movie “Haggard”, written and directed by her former husband Bam, who also starred in it alongside Ryan Dunn and Brandon DiCamillo; it follows Ryan who has asked his friends to help him find out if his former girlfriend Glauren is dating a member of a heavy metal band. Missy has two other acting credits: she portrayed Sorority Chick in the 2009 comedy film “Minghags”, and starred in the 2010 music video “The 69 Eyes: Dead Girls Are Easy”.

Misty has also made a guest appearance in numerous talk-shows, with her first having been in a 2005 episode of “Firsthand”.

In 2010, Missy appeared in the short documentary film “Bam Margera: Serious as Dog Dirt”.

Missy has been staying away from media since her and Bam’s divorce in 2012, but it’s believed that she’s still today working as a model.

Love life and marriage with Bam Margera

Missy and Bam began dating in 2000, but she revealed in the following year that she knew he had two other girlfriends in two cities, but was okay with that. They dated on-and-off for the following couple of years, when Bam was simultaneously in a relationship with Jenn Rivell.

Bam and Missy became engaged in 2006, and exchanged vows on 3 February 2007, in a large ceremony attended by around 350 of their friends and family members. In July 2009, Missy had to call paramedics after Bam went on an alcoholic binge for four straight days, and then was taken to a hospital.

The two divorced in 2012, and it’s widely believed that Missy filed for divorce because of Bam’s alcohol addiction.

She hasn’t spoken of any other men whom she has perhaps been with, while it’s widely known that Bam went on to marry Nicole ‘Nikki’ Boyd on 5 October 2013, and she gave birth to their son Phoenix Wolf on 23 December 2017.

As of April 2022, Missy seems to be single, was once married to Bam Margera, and doesn’t have children.

Missy’s passionate about travelling, and her career as a model has taken her to various US states, as well as to many European countries, such as England, France and Italy; her dream travel destination is Los Angeles, California.

She’s a lover of animals, with dogs and monkeys being her favorites, and Missy has apparently been spotted by a couple of her fans while taking her two dogs for a walk.

Her favorite season is autumn, mostly because she likes its colors, but also because she likes rain.

Missy’s a fashionista, and is trying to keep up with all of the latest fashion trends; she goes shopping for clothes at least once a week, which also makes her a shopaholic.

Who is Bam Margera?

Brandon Cole ‘Bam’ Margera was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania USA, on 28 September 1979 – his zodiac sign is Libra, and he holds American nationality. He’s probably known best for being a member of the Jackass team, especially for having starred in the 2002 documentary action comedy “Jackass: The Movie”.

It was written and directed by Jeff Tremaine, also starred Johnny Knoxville and Chris Pontius, and follows Johnny and his friends as they’re performing stunts and pranking each other; the movie won one of the eight awards for which it was nominated.

Bam was raised in West Chester alongside his older brother Jess, an American musician, by their father Phil and mother April Margera, both of whom are reality TV stars. He was three years old when he was nicknamed ‘Bam Bam’, because he would constantly run into walls on purpose, while this was shortened to ‘Bam’ when he began attending elementary school. He went on to study at West Chester East High School, but dropped out after only a single year, however, Bam eventually returned to West Chester and completed his GED tests.

He gained recognition for his skating videos; after his debut video “CKY” (“Camp Kill Yourself”) became somewhat popular on the internet, Bam went on to release its sequels “CKY2K”, “CKY3” and “CKY4”. It was these videos that had helped Bam become cast to appear in “Jackass”, as well as in the film’s sequels “Jackass Number Two”, “Jackass 2.5” and “Jackass 3.5”. Some of his other appearances have been in his own MTV series “Viva La Bam”, which aired between 2003 and 2005, the 2010 show “Bam’s World Domination” and the reality show “Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn” in March 2016.

Most recently, on 16 September 2021, Bam’s wife Nikki filed for child custody because of Bam’s alcoholism, but hasn’t filed for a divorce.
