Who is Matthew Underwood?

American actor Matthew Underwood was born in Fort Pierce, Florida USA, on 23 April 1990, making Taurus his zodiac sign. He has 19 acting credits, and is perhaps still known best for portraying Logan Reese in all 61 episodes of the popular family comedy series “Zoey 101”, which starred Paul Butcher and Jamie Lynn Spears, and was created by Scott Fellows. It follows Dustin and Zoey Brooks who’ve just enrolled at Pacific Coast Academy, the series aired from 2005 through 2008 and won 13 of its 37 award nominations.

Matthew was raised alongside his sister Rebecca and brothers Jacob and Joshua in Fort Pierce, by their father Jerry Wayne Underwood and mother Patricia; his cousin Carrie Underwood’s a country music star. Not many other details have been shared about Matthew’s family, as he respects their privacy.

He became interested in acting at a very early age and was nine when he launched his career by voicing a character in the English version of the Japanese animated family comedy movie “My Neighbors the Yamadas”.
