Oliver Peck spent his early years in his hometown of Dallas, where he was raised by his mother, Diane Lucas. His nationality is American, and he belongs to white Caucasian ethnicity. He developed his love early for drawing and art, and also became interested in skateboarding. He went to South West High School, but was a troublemaker as a teenager, and was even arrested for using drugs. A spell in prison persuaded him to change his life, so following his release he got a job at a factory.
