Patrick ‘Paddy’ Holland was born in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, England on 6 December 2004 – his zodiac sign is Sagittarius, and he holds British nationality. He’s an actor with five credits to his name, while he’s perhaps known best for being the brother of famous British actor Tom Holland.

Early life and education

Paddy was raised in London by his father Dominic Holland. who’s a comedian and author, and mother Nicola (nee Frost) who’s a photographer. Besides Tom, Paddy has two other older brothers: Harry Holland, who’s also an actor and has appeared in seven movies and TV series, and Sam Holland who has three acting credits.

He became interested in acting at a very early age, mostly because he was motivated by his brothers and also looked up to them. Paddy was 10 when he launched his acting career, with his portrayal of a supporting character in the 2015 short comedy movie “Tweet”, directed by his brothers Tom and Harry, who also starred in it alongside Bob Frost; the film follows a young boy and his grandfather as they’re building a birdhouse.

Paddy’s still attending a local high school, and should be matriculating in mid-2022; it’s widely believed that he won’t be pursuing a college degree, but will rather focus on his acting career.

Career as an actor

In 2018, Paddy portrayed Tough Kid in the mystery crime comedy movie “Holmes & Watson”, written and directed by Etan Cohen, and which starred Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Ralph Fiennes. It’s a humorous take on the cases of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, and the movie won four of the eight awards for which it was nominated.

The year 2020 saw Paddy star as Joe in the short romantic film “Roses for Lily”, written and directed by his brother Harry, and which also starred Sophie Griffin and Nicola Harrison.

In 2021, he played Montgomery ‘Monty’ Cuttermill in the fantasy science fiction series “Invasion”, created by Simon Kinberg and David Weil, and which starred Golshifteh Farahani, Shamier Anderson and Shioli Kutsuna.

It follows five people during an alien invasion of Earth.

Paddy’s currently shooting for the upcoming action adventure series “Lockwood & Co”, in which he’ll be starring alongside Ruby Stokes and Morven Christie.

Love life and girlfriend

Paddy prefers to keep the details of his love life away from the media’s attention, and hasn’t spoken of any girls or boys whom he has perhaps been with; this is mostly why there are various rumors circulating the internet, concerning Paddy’s current relationship status, but also his sexual orientation.

Some of his fans believe that he’s today in a relationship with his high school sweetheart, as the two have apparently been seen spending time together on a number of occasions, however, Paddy hasn’t addressed these rumors, nor has any evidence been provided to support them.

There are also some who claim that Paddy’s gay, and that this is why he avoids talking about his girlfriends, but this hasn’t been confirmed either.

He’s an actor with close to 30 credits to his name, while he’s probably known best for his portrayal of the lead character Peter Parker aka Spiderman, in the 2017 science fiction adventure movie “Spider-Man: Homecoming”. It was directed by Jon Watts, also starred Michael Keaton and Robert Downey Jr., and follows high school student Peter Parker, who’s balancing his student life with being the superhero Spiderman; the movie won seven of the 17 awards for which it was nominated.

Tom was raised in Kingston-upon-Thames alongside his brothers, and was 14 when he launched his acting career by voicing Sho in the UK version of the Japanese animated adventure movie “The Secret World of Arrietty”.

He played Spiderman for the first time in the 2016 science fiction action adventure movie “Captain America: Civil War”, and has since portrayed him in various other movies, such as “Avengers: Infinity War” in 2018, “Avengers: Endgame” in 2019, and “Spider-Man: Far from Home” in 2019.

Most recently, in 2022 Tom starred as Nathan Drake in the action adventure movie “Uncharted”, based on the eponymous video game series.

He has won 23 of the 52 awards for which he’s been nominated, while his wins include three Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films Awards, two GQ Men of the Year Awards, and two Kids’ Choice Awards.

Tom’s today in a relationship with Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, a popular American actress and singer, who also portrays his love interest in Spiderman movies.
