Early life and education

Andy grew up in the US, and was raised with his younger brother named Jesse by their parents, who were both very sporting. During his time at high school, he played as a lacrosse midfielder just as his father while he was in high school. After matriculation, Andy enrolled at Princeton University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering in 1995.
