The long awaiting debut studio album was finally released in March 2018, and “NCT 2018 Empathy” achieved platinum status in Korea.
NCT continued to make music, and their next album “Regular-Irregular”, became their most successful release, as it topped the Korean Chart, and reached No. 2 on the US World chart. The sales reached platinum status, making Mark both rich and famous.
In addition, as a solo artist Mark released his debut track “Drop”, a duet with Seulgi, in 2017. He has since worked on new material, preferably soundtrack songs, such as “Dream Me” for the TV series “The Ghost Detective”, among others.
