Early life and family
Jeffrey Brezovar was born on 22 May 1972, in Middleton, Wisconsin USA. His zodiac sign is Gemini, and he holds American nationality. While Jeffrey left for Santa Fe, New Mexico, his father still lives in Wisconsin, but his mother died in 2014. Jeffrey has three siblings: John, Patty and Debbie; John lives in West Allis, Wisconsin, and is a retired operating engineer, who worked for Edgerton Contractors.
Since 2017 John has been in a relationship with Toni Barsch, a former customer service representative. Jeffrey’s sister Patty is a graduate of the Washington University in St. Louis, and works at Boulder County Public Health, living in Colorado. Another sister Debbie works at AT&T messaging service company, living in Sussex, Wisconsin.
Jeffrey matriculated from Middleton High School in 1990. His further education, if any, is unknown.
Jeffrey started his career early working as a commercial model. In 1988 he was featured in American GQ Magazine, and was also the face of prestigious perfume Aramis back in the day. Jeffrey was also featured in Vogue Men with his fellow-models Nick Scotti and Ron Wright. In November 2005 The Home Issue magazine published a big interview with Jeffrey, who also showed his house in Venice, California, to the magazine. Vogue Australia featured Jeffrey on its cover in 1986. As of 2019, he apparently enjoys his life in Santa Fe and seems to have retired. Jeffrey made several appearances on various TV talk shows, such as “The Talk” in 2018 hosted by Sharon Osbourne, “Home & Family” series and “Good Morning America” and “Teens Wanna Know” TV shows, in which he was invited as a guest.
Personal life: Jeffrey Brezovar is an open gay
Jeffrey kept silent about being a homosexual, however he revealed the truth about his sexuality in 2000. He was rumored to have a short affair with Nate Berkus, an American architect – the couple was said to have dated after Nate’s partner, Fernando Bengoechea, died. Jeffrey broke up with Nate eventually, and Nate started dating the interior designer Jeremiah Brent. In 1999 Jeffrey met the actress Camryn Manheim, and they soon became close friends. They remained in ‘just a friendship’, but made the decision to give birth to a child, and Jeffrey donated his sperm to Camryn. The couple welcomed their son, Milo Manheim, in 2001, but for a long time kept the story of how they conceived Milo.
The photographer Jana Marcus, Camryn’s close friend remembers her saying: ‘I’m going to have a baby before I’m 40, and I don’t care if there’s a man in my life or not,’ Jana recalled during her interview to People in 2001. Jeffrey was at the birth, but denied he was the father of the child: ‘I really can’t answer that question. I have an agreement not to speak’, was his only answer to the multiple questions from the press. However, Camryn and Jeffrey revealed the actual story in 2007, with Jeffrey posting photos with Milo on his Facebook page, stating that he was his father.
Son Milo Manheim
Born on 6 March 2001, just two days before his mother’s birthday which was in fact her ‘deadline’ for giving birth to her child, from an early age Milo Manheim was impressed by his mother’s acting career.
He wanted to follow her steps, and auctioned for various roles. At the age of six he appeared in the after-school program on the local TV channel of Culver City, and at the age of seven started participating in Liza Monjauze Productions, acting in more than 20 musicals since 2008. Along with his mother, he appeared in the “Ghost Whisperer” series, speaking just three lines, while his mother played Delia Banks during four seasons from 2006 to 2010. In 2017 at the New York Musical Theatre Festival, Milo won his first award, becoming “Best Leading Actor” for his work in the musical “Generation Me”. In 2018 he got the role of Zed in the Disney movie “Z-O-M-B-I-E-S”, which made him popular overnight.
In September 2018 Milo danced with Witney Carson during the 27th season of the super popular TV show “Dancing With The Stars”. As of 2019, the production of the sequel of “Z-O-M-B-I-E-S” has already started, and Milo confirmed it on his Instagram account.
Jeffrey never tires to repeat how proud he is of his son. He has recently shared on his Facebook page that Milo applied to three universities: New York University, University of California, Los Angeles and University of Southern California, and was accepted by all three. Jeffrey often spends time with Milo, travelling and hiking together.
