Kayla Lynn Quick was born on the 17th October 1989, in Port Charlotte, Florida USA, the daughter of Gerald Alan Quick and his wife, Mary Kay.
Her father served in the US Army in Germany, and was then stationed in Port Charlotte. Soon he met Mary Kay, and Kayla was born. Kayla spent her childhood in her hometown, where she finished high school. Some sources state that she graduated from college, but it hasn’t been said which one.

Many things have since been discovered about Kayla, including that she was arrested for grand theft; according to reports, she made a deal with her friend Justin Hundley to steal her grandmother’s golden necklace, valued at $6,000. Born Michael Antony Strahan on the 21st November 1971, in Houston, Texas USA, to Gene Willie Strahan and his wife, Louise, he is the youngest child of six.
His father is a US Army major, and the family moved to Manheim, West Germany when Michael was nine years old, settling in the Benjamin Franklin Village army post, where Michael lived until his senior high school year. He attended Mannheim American High School, where he played football as a linebacker, and then moved back to the US to live with his uncle Art in Houston. He continued his education at Westbury High School, and also to play football, and after a year, Michael earned a scholarship for Texas Southern University. He spent two years at Southern Texas University, during which time he became one of the most dominant defensive ends.
Career Beginning
Michael declared for the 1993 National Football League (NFL) Draft and was selected as the 40th pick overall by the New York Giants. In his rookie season, Michael struggled to make an impact, mostly due to injuries – his numbers improved in his second season, but still he wasn’t at his best. It was in 1997 that he had his breakthrough season with 14 sacks, which earned him his first Pro Bowl appearance. The following season, Michael raised his number of sacks to 15, earning a second selection for the Pro Bowl, and also the All-Pro team.
The next two years were catastrophic for Strahan as he couldn’t make an impact on the defensive game of his team, as he only had 5.5 and 9.5 sacks per season.
Record-Breaking Season and Retirement
However, Michael bounced back with record-breaking sacks, recording 22.5 of them in a season, which earned him several awards and recognitions, including the NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and of course, his then fourth selection for the Pro Bowl.
He had two more great seasons, in 2003 and 2005, and it was after the end of the 2007 season when he won the Super Bowl with his New York Giants, that Michael decided to retire, having played for them his entire career. He earned New York Giants Ring of Honor. Following his retirement, he has been seen on Fox, firstly during the Fox NFL Sunday pregame show, and later the “Thursday Night Football”, pregame show. He was also the host of “The $100,000 Pyramid”, among numerous other appearances on television.

He has tried to make a way in business and fashion too, as he teamed up with J.C. Penney to launch a men’s clothing line, including suits, belts, collared shirts, and accessories.
Personal Life and Net Worth
Before Kayla, Michael had been married and divorced two times; his first wife was Wanda Hutchins with whom he was married while still in Germany and divorced in 1996. They welcomed two children together, Tanita Strahan, who was born in 1992 and a son who bears Michael’s name, born in 1995.
In 1999 he married for the second time, to Jean Muggli. The two met at a spa and welcomed twin daughters before their split in 2006, resulting in a lengthy court battle, settled in that Michael paid Jean $15 million, and $18,000 as monthly support.
Michael was also engaged to Nicole Mitchell, who is Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife. However, their plans fell through as their schedules were opposite, and they rarely saw each other. Michael has earned millions during his career, and his wealth is estimated at $65 million, as of late 2019.
