Who is Nevada Alexander Musk?
Nevada Alexander Musk was born in 2002, in Orange County, California, USA, and was best known as the firstborn of technology investor Elon Musk. His father would become the creator and founder of numerous companies, including Tesla, SpaceX, OpenAI, Neuralink, Paypal, and The Boring Company.
The Wealth of Nevada Alexander Musk
Nevada Alexander Musk never got to enjoy any form of wealth, as he passed away when he was just 10 weeks old.
If he had survived, he would very likely have enjoyed the benefits of success from his father, at least, as Elon has a net worth which varies with stock market volatility, but is well over $200 billion as of mid-2024.
The Short Life of Nevada
Nevada came at a time when Elon was experiencing many highs in his life. He had envisioned and was planning the company which would become SpaceX, but he didn’t have any liquidity during that period. Then eBay became interested in buying Paypal from him for $1.5 billion. As the deal was closing, he was enjoying Nevada progressing from a newborn to a few weeks old.
Nevada is the child of Elon from his marriage to college sweetheart and author Justine Wilson. His death was sudden and without any prior warning. His parents placed him to sleep, and when they returned, he was no longer breathing. The paramedics were called and they managed to resuscitate him, but he had gone for so long without oxygen that his brain was no longer functioning well. He spent three days on life support before the parents switched it off.
Elon and his wife took the death differently, as he remained quiet, not wanting to talk about the issue, while she grieved openly. The two wanted to move forward quickly, as he isn’t the type of person to stay in a dark place. Within the next five years, they would have more children – twins, and then triplets.
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
Doctors stated that Nevada Alexander’s death was a case of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or SIDS.
The death occurs in children less than a year old, and it is often sudden as well as unexplained. Studies done on the (assumed) disease have not revealed any cause, though it generally occurs while they are asleep. There is no evidence that the child struggles or has any problem before the passing.
There have been many factors that have been proposed that contribute to SIDS, but none of them have been confirmed.
Doctors and experts suggest removing as many risks from the child as possible. To this end, they recommend only letting a child sleep face-up, and to use a firm mattress. They also recommend putting the child in a cool place, and away from smoke. SIDS is said to make up most of the unexpected infant deaths. Practices such as immunization and breastfeeding may also be important to boost the child’s immune system.

The web software company was successful and was subsequently acquired by Compaq for $340 million, quickly pushing him to become a millionaire. He then created an online bank called X.com, which in 2000 would become PayPal. It was another business endeavor that was successful, and was bought by eBay for $1.5 billion, pushing Elon’s wealth into the billions.
He’s since created and managed various companies.
He is the founder of the aerospace and space transport company called SpaceX, and the founder of Tesla, which manufactures electric vehicles. He also aims to create friendly artificial intelligence through OpenAI. One of his biggest goals is to reduce global warming.
Elon’s Personal Life
After Nevada Alexander’s death, Elon had five more children with Justine Wilson, born through in vitro fertilization. Their marriage lasted for eight years until they separated in 2008, leading to divorce; the couple share custody of all five children.

Following their separation, he began a relationship with actress Talula Riley, and they married two years later, but it was also just two years before they divorced. They then reconciled and married once more, but the up and down relationship finally ended in 2016. Elon then had a relationship with Amber Heard which lasted for a year, while in 2018, he began dating Canadian musician Grimes, (Claire Elise Boucher); the two supposedly split in March 2022, but apparently had two more children, although their relationship is apparently very on-and-off, with Musk alleged to be dating others.
