At first, he was anxious about beginning a new chapter of his life at college and reportedly had trouble fitting in and making new friends. Career
Chris has had numerous acting gigs, thus we will only be covering his most prominent ones. He made his TV debut in an episode of the critically acclaimed medical drama series “ER”, and followed by briefly appearing in “The Guardian” and “CSI Miami” in the same year.
More recognition came in 2004, when he played one of the main characters in “The Princess Diaries 2 Royal Engagement”, the sequel of Disney’s beloved “The Princess Diaries”. Pine achieved major success in 2009, when he joined the cast of “Star Trek” in the role of Kirk – the leading character of the trilogy. In 2015, Pine made an appearance in several episodes of “Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp” and in 2017, he joined the cast of “Wonder Woman” as Steve Trevor. As of 2019, the actor had multiple projects, appearing in “I am the Night”, a mini TV series set in the early ‘60s, following the adventures of a teenage girl looking for her real father and “American Dad!”. Chris’ most recent projects include “Wonder Woman 1984”, which is in post-production and is set to be released in 2020, and an untitled Star Trek sequel, which has just been announced.

Pine and his sister have another thing in common – he keeps quiet about his relationships.
Many fans noticed the chemistry between him and his “Wonder Woman” co-star Gal Gadot, and believed they might be more than just friends. However, Gadot is married and they keep things professional. Pine is outspoken about his political views – he supports Liberals and Democrats, and endorsed Barack Obama. Pine was a subject of a controversy after being arrested for DUI. Prior to that, he had a clean record and the judge said that the whole event – for which he had to pay a fine of $93, was out of his character.
