Early life and education
Chloe spent her early life in the Belgravia district of London, which is one of the most expensive districts in the world for property, and was raised by her father Charles, a renowned property developer, and mother Pandora who is a housewife.

Pandora had problems with heroin addiction, and was also diagnosed with manic depression, which issues she has since overcome, and is currently working on publishing her memoir. Chloe has two younger sisters named Cara and Poppy, and a paternal half-brother called Alex Jaffe.
Chloe studied at Francis Holland School, and after matriculation attended University College, London from which she graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and tumor biology.
