Early life and education
Chloe spent her early life in the Belgravia district of London, which is one of the most expensive districts in the world for property, and was raised by her father Charles, a renowned property developer, and mother Pandora who is a housewife.
Pandora had problems with heroin addiction, and was also diagnosed with manic depression, which issues she has since overcome, and is currently working on publishing her memoir. Chloe has two younger sisters named Cara and Poppy, and a paternal half-brother called Alex Jaffe.

However, after learning that she was expecting, she had to put her plans for GCF aside, but still helped by using her contacts and raising awareness of the fund and cancer research. Today, Chloe and her husband are managing a pub in London, while Chloe has also ventured into the real estate business, and serves as a project manager.

Chloe began dating Louis Buckworth while studying at University College – they dated for three years before marrying in 2008. Chloe and Louis were living with their mutual friend, Ed Grant, and Chloe began cheating on her husband with Ed, which led to her divorce from Louis.
She continued to date Ed, and they married not long after Chloe and Louis’ divorce in 2014. They now have a son named Atticus and a daughter called Juno.
