Who is Simone Alexandra Johnson?
Simone is a young American fashion model, who is, however, probably best known as the daughter of the Hollywood superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and American film producer and ‘media empress’ Dany Garcia. Being the only child of popular media personalities has made her quite famous as well.
She was born under the zodiac sign of Leo on the 14th August 2001, in Davie, Florida, USA, and is of American nationality, with elements of African-American, Samoan and Cuban ancestry. Johnson and Garcia met during their studies at the University of Miami, and soon after began their relationship.
The age difference didn’t affect their bond – Dany is four years senior – so they later decided to take it to a higher level and tie the knot. Their wedding ceremony was held the day after Dwayne’s 25th birthday, on the 3rd May 1997. However, after a decade of marriage, at Simone’s age of seven, the couple decided to separate, amicably.
They still maintain a healthy and friendly relationship, as Garcia is Johnson’s career manager, and they share custody of Simone, with Dwayne paying over $22,000 monthly in alimony, while Dany paying $5,000 per month aimed towards her daughter’s future education.
Simone Alexandra Johnson is a member of one of the world’s leading modeling and talent management agencies – IMG Models. In 2018 she was appointed as the first-ever Golden Globe Ambassador, a flattering title previously known as Mr./Miss Golden Globe.

He was also the holder of WWE’s Triple Crown Champion, and so is considered to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.
