Reportedly, Lexton was the youngest person to graduate from the Los Angeles Film School at the age of 19. In 2006, he released “Together” winner of the New York Independent Film Festival and nominee for the 2006 Academy Awards. In the following year, he directed the short film “Struck” which was featured at the Cannes Digital Film Festival, and received a generally positive response from the audience.

Career

Taron had several projects in 2005, working as a writer and director of “Room 27”. In the same year he wrote “United”, and was its cinematographer. As of 2008, he directed “Struck”, and in the next year, “The Way to Happiness”.

In 2012, Lexton was a cinematographer of “Desperate Measures”, and in 2017, he produced “Son to Son” and “In Search of Fellini”, and as of 2018, he made movies such as “Threshold”, “Unregistered” and “A Thing of Dreams”’ the latter horror movie revolves around a premise of a drug that allows people to control their dreams, but can have deadly side-effects.

Taron then produced the movie entitled “Sargasso” during the same year. His most recent projects include “Nomad”, which he produced and directed.

Lexton hasn’t spoken about his dating history, however, he married actress Marisol Nichols in April 2008, in a ceremony at the Celebrity Center of the Church of Scientology in Los Angeles.
