Molly Line was born on the 31st January 1977, in West Virginia USA; she hasn’t revealed anything about her parents or siblings. Molly went to Tucker County High School in Hambleton, West Virginia, and after matriculation enrolled at Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Political Science in 1999.

Before she got her career started, Molly participated in beauty pageants; she first competed in the Preliminary Miss Tucker County Pageant, which she won, and then in the Miss West Virginia Pageant in 1995. Two years later she entered again the Miss West Virginia Pageant, following her win at the preliminary Miss Greater Bluefield Area Pageant. Her last entrance was in 2000 when she competed for the title of Miss Rhododendron.

Molly started her professional career in 1999, when she joined as a photographer and reporter at WDTV, headquartered in Bridgeport, West Virginia. She remained there only for a year before moving to WXXA (Channel 23) in Albany, New York. She was a news anchor and reporter at the station, honing skills for the future, after which she was hired by the Boston station  WFXT (Channel 25), in December 2002, where she was also a reporter and news anchor.

She remained at WFXT until December 2005, covering numerous important stories and events, including the sentencing of shoe bomber Richard Reid, while she also reported on the Station nightclub fire, a tragic event that took 100 lives.

Molly’s hard work was recognized, and she took a huge step forward when she was recruited by the Fox News Channel at the start of 2006, becoming a Boston-based correspondent for the station.
