Early life and education
Millicent was raised in Bountiful, Utah where she is currently living with her parents and her two older and two younger siblings. When she was just one year old, she suffered from a medication overdose, and complications caused her to lose her hearing.
To show support and help Millicent, her mother learned American Sign Language, and then taught the rest of the family so that they could communicate with Millicent. She was only three years old when her parents enrolled her at Jean Massieu School of the Deaf, where she made her first contact with acting, becoming a member of the school’s drama club. She enrolled at Mueller Park Junior High School in March 2015, where she is currently studying.

Millicent launched her career as an actress when she performed at the Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City, while she made her debut film appearance in the “Color the World” deaf student’s short film.
