Michael Eric Reid is an American actor who is probably best known to the world as Sinjin in the Nickelodeon TV comedy-drama series “Victorious” (2010-2013), and also as Ditto in the comedy-drama film “Mamaboy”, among other projects on which he has worked so far in his young, but already engaging career.

Michael Eric Reid was born on the 30th December 1992, in The Bronx, New York City USA, the son of Michael Eric Reid Sr. and his wife Jackie Reid. From an early age, Michael was interested in acting, and would mimic characters from his favorite TV shows and films. He hasn’t spoken about his education, but has pursued an acting career, making his debut at just 11 years of age.
Michael’s debut in 2003 was in a minor role in one of the sketches from “Saturday Night Live”. He continued with minor roles in such TV series as “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” and “Ed”, both in 2004. The same year he portrayed Donald in the film “House of D”, but in the final version of the film, Michael was cut out.
After this, he went on hiatus until 2008 concentrating on education, returning with the role of Roger in the TV comedy series “Miss Guided”.

Michael’s skills were improving and with every new role he was getting closer to stardom; the first notable role Michael had was as Sinjin in “Victorious”, featuring in 46 episodes of the Primetime Emmy Award-nominated series from 2010 to 2013, which launched him to stardom.
Michael didn’t pursue many other roles during that period, but still made appearances in the television film “Home Game” (2011) portraying Nathan, and Sinjin in the spin-off television film between “iCarly” and “Victorious”, entitled “iCarly: iParty with Victorious”, also in 2011.
Michael continued his career with film roles, and since 2015 has featured in a number of successful projects.
Michael first appeared in the horror-comedy film “The Funhouse Massacre”, starring Robert Englund, Jere Burns, and Scottie Thompson, while in 2016, he co-starred in the comedy-drama film “Mamaboy”, next to Sean O’Donnell, Alexandria DeBerry, and Gary Busey.

In recent years, Michael has achieved world fame as he starred in several films, the thriller “The Honor Farm” (2017), with Olivia Grace Applegate, Louis Hunter, and Dora Madison, and then in 2018 he teamed up with Chad Michael Murray, Danielle Harris, and Courtney Gains in the horror film “Camp Cold Brook”.
In 2018 he guest-starred in the TV crime-drama series “The Blacklist”, while in 2019 he was Dalco Iliescu the Vampire Lord in the comedy horror film “Bob Freeman: Exterminator For Hire”, with the main stars of the film being Joey Bell, Lance Canilao and Lane Ellis.
