Husband – Larry Page
After spending many years studying and developing search engines, Larry solicited funds from friends as well as family members to help create Google. The original mission of the company was to help organize the world’s information, and make it universally accessible. Google would eventually become one of the most comprehensive search engines of all time. Eventually, with the growth of the company, it expanded its reach, and he became the CEO of what would become one of today’s technology giants. He would later step down from his position to instead become the Chief Executive Officer of Google’s parent company – Alphabet, Inc.
The conglomerate was created after a restructuring of Google in 2015. Alphabet is also the parent of many former Google subsidiaries, making it the fifth largest technology company by revenue. The company was created to help Google services become more accountable and ‘cleaner’. He is the co-inventor of the technology called PageRank which is the search ranking algorithm used by Google. The invention of it helped him to win the Marconi Prize alongside Google co-founder and PageRank co-inventor Sergey Brin. Under Alphabet, he seeks to help expand the company in a variety of industries.
Personal Life and Social Media
For her personal life, it is known that Lucinda met Larry in 2006 and they started dating, leading to their marriage over a year later. The ceremony was held in Necker Island, a private island in the Caribbean owned by business magnate Sir Richard Charles Nicholas Branson. Over 600 guests attended the event, including high profile names such as Oprah Winfrey, Gavin Newsom, and Donald Trump. They have two children together, and own a Spanish Colonial Revival architecture house in Palo Alto, California spanning 9,000 square feet and valued at over $7 million.
The couple also own a super-yacht called “Senses”, apparently valued at $45 million. The yacht is equipped with a helipad, gym, luxury suites, a crew of 14, and multi-level sun decks. The boat was created to help explore the world’s oceans, having its own team and equipment for that purpose.
One of the reasons why there is very limited information about Lucinda is due to the lack of any strong online presence. She does not have accounts on any of the major social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. She mainly appears alongside her husband in public events, though he has appeared in public less frequently after being diagnosed with the auto-immune disease called Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
