Academically, she prepared herself at the University of Maryland to fulfill her first dream of becoming an actress. She studied television production there, but never actually pursued this type of career.

Pat Sajak, Lesly’s husband is one of the most loved and admired TV hosts on American channels. Born in Chicago in 1946, he has always been a TV man in different matters. His career started when he was a weatherman but became known mostly as the all-time best ruler of the game show “Wheel of Fortune”, which he hosted from 1983 to 1989, and returned to it in other seasons as well. His contract as a host for this show is currently signed until 2022.
Besides his acting and hosting career, he is also known as a philanthropist. As a member of the Church of Christ, he has shown his endorsement towards Human Rights organizations, foundations that encourage teenagers and young people.
