Early life and family

Kaylyn Slevin 28 December 2000, in Chicago, Illinois USA, so her zodiac sign is Capricorn and she holds American nationality. Her parents’ names are Kristyn Slevin and William Slevin – they were very supportive since her early age, and encouraged her to follow her dreams.

When Kaylyn was four years old, she started training as a dancer and gymnast, and her parents often took her with them when they attended musicals and theatre plays. When Kaylyn turned nine years old, her family moved to California, as her parents noticed her growing interest for acting and dancing. Her mother took her to audition at various model and talent agencies, where Kaylyn was soon noticed and accepted.

Acting career

In 2010 she was cast in the TV film entitled “The Incybers”. The same year she had another role in the short film “Beast”, and appeared in more TV series the following year, landing minor roles in “Shake It Up’, “Video Game Reunion” and “Bones”. She could also be seen in the short film “Thanks Mom”, and the TV film “My Freakin’ Family” (2012). She played Cindy in “D.I.N.K.s (Double Income, No Kids)” (2012), before in 2013 joining the cast of “Ass Backwards”, a comedy which received polar reviews from critics – Kaylyn portrayed the young version of Laurel.

In 2014 Kaylyn was invited to the TV show entitled “Teens Wanna Know”, which gained her even more popularity. In 2016 she landed a role in the popular TV show “LA Story”, launched by AwesomenessTV, and in 2018 she joined the regular cast of “Chicken Girls”, another popular TV series about the life of teenagers. Kaylyn is currently assigned to Osbrink Agency for actors.

Modeling career

Right after her moving to California, Kaylyn and her mother signed a contract with one of the local talent agencies which provided Kaylyn her first jobs, and she appeared in many commercial and printed advertisement campaigns as a child model.

In 2017 she competed in the beauty pageant Miss Malibu Teen USA, and in 2018 in Miss California Teen USA contest; eventually, she won the title of Miss Utah Teen USA in 2019. In January of 2020 she passed her crown to her successor, Brooklyn Baton from Corinne, who will represent Utah at Miss Teen USA 2020 contest, while Kaylyn is now also holding the title of Miss Ventura County Teen. During her modelling career Kaylyn successfully appeared in more than 75 commercial campaigns of various brands and companies.

Dancing career

As an experienced dancer and cheerleader, Kaylyn joined the prestigious Los Angeles Chargers team of cheerleaders, “Charger Girls”, in the middle of 2019, as a member of which Kaylyn trains a lot and participates in various cheerleading workshops. Kaylyn is also assigned to the MSA dance agency.

Kaylyn is an active supporter of “Students Against Destructive Decisions” (SADD), the nonprofit organization which helps to prevent young people and students from taking decisions which could be potentially destructive.
