Rise to Fame as Sasha Torres in “Bunheads”
Julia Goldani Telles’ professional acting career started when she was cast in her first role after her first audition, in the main role of Sasha Torres in the comedy-drama series “Bunheads”, alongside Sutton Foster, Bailey De Young, and Kaitlyn Jenkins. The series was created by Lamar Demon and Amy Sherman-Palladino, and follows the life of a former ballet dancer. It premiered on the ABC Family network in June 2011, but was cancelled after one season.
As a part of the series, Julia also featured in the music video for Nat & Alex Wolff’s song “Greatest Prize” in 2012.
