Colleen Wolfe was born on 3 January 1985, in Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA, and is a television and web personality, best known for her work with the National Football League Network or NFL Network. With the network, she’s hosted numerous shows including “Thursday Night Football Kickoff” and the weekend editions of “Good Morning Football”. She is also a contributor to the NFL website.

Early Life and Education
Colleen grew up in Horsham – her father worked as a flight instructor, and her mother stayed at home, taking care of the children. However, later on her parents divorced and her mother decided that she should start working again.
She attended Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School which is located outside of Philadelphia. The school has been operational since 1950 and is considered one of the top high school in the nation, recognized as one with the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence given to exemplary public and private schools.
After matriculating from high school, she became interested in a career in the media, enrolling at Drexel University to study for a degree in Communications. The private university is named after philanthropist Anthony J. Drexel, and has been running since 1936. There are over 26,000 students enrolled in the university annually, and one of the benefits of the school is that it allows its students to co-operate in programs that allow them to have early work experience from which they can also get a salary.
After completing her degree, Wolfe began her career in 2007 with Fox 29 Philadelphia or WTFX-TV. She became a part of the newscast team, though she focused more on sports news and stories of interest. The station covered professional and amateur sports teams in the city.
After her work there, she moved to another station in the locality, this time with NBC Sports Philadelphia, focusing more on sports products and content.
The regional sports network is owned in majority by Comcast, and covers games of the Major League Baseball (MLB) team, the Philadelphia Phillies, and the games of the Philadelphia 76ers in the National Basketball League (NBA), as well as the professional golf circuit, and the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). She later moved to Sports Radio 94 WIP, working on several radio shows and productions. Other duties she’s have included editing, photography, analytics, writing, bookings, and other administrative tasks. Her work also brought her to the digital presence of her stations, where she wrote articles and provided digital content.
Move to the NFL Network
In 2014, Colleen moved to the NFL Network, becoming one of its television personalities. The station is owned by the NFL, and has numerous subsidiaries including films, mobile, and the station RedZone. The network is fully dedicated to American Football, specifically the NFL, featuring stories of the day, documentaries, and specials.
Over 61 percent of households in the US are subscribed to the network.
One of the shows she was assigned to was “Good Morning Football”, a part of the weekend edition sponsored by Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops – the show replaced morning programs of the network such as “NFL HQ” and “NFL AM”, and runs from 7am to 10am. Some of the crew she works with include Reggie Bush, Mike Garafolo, and Michael Robinson.
She also hosted “Thursday Night Football Kickoff”, which is a pre-game show featuring the games of the league that day. She’s also appeared in the Top 10 program of the network, which often features highlights of the day. She has also done live field reports, watching actual games with several of her co-workers.
Wolfe was engaged to fellow television personality and sportswriter John Gonzales in 2010, and they married later that year.
The couple doesn’t have any children, and she hasn’t expressed any intention of starting a family any time soon. During a field segment, she was approached by Marshawn Lynch who asked her out on a date before he discovered that she was already married.
Outside of her regular work with the NFL Network, she is a big fan of the team the Philadelphia Eagles, and attends their games when she can. She is also an animal lover, and brings home rescued animals.
