After matriculating from high school, she became interested in a career in the media, enrolling at Drexel University to study for a degree in Communications. Career Beginnings
After completing her degree, Wolfe began her career in 2007 with Fox 29 Philadelphia, or WTFX-TV. She became a part of the newscast team, focusing on sports news and stories of interest. The station covered professional and amateur sports teams in the city.
After her work there, she moved to NBC Sports Philadelphia, focusing more on sports products and content.

Colleen moved to the NFL Network In 2014, , becoming one of its television personalities.
