She attended Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School which is located outside of Philadelphia. The school has been operational since 1950 and is considered one of the top high school in the nation, recognized as one with the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence given to exemplary public and private schools.
After matriculating from high school, she became interested in a career in the media, enrolling at Drexel University to study for a degree in Communications. The private university is named after philanthropist Anthony J. Drexel, and has been running since 1936. Career Beginnings
After completing her degree, Wolfe began her career in 2007 with Fox 29 Philadelphia or WTFX-TV. She became a part of the newscast team, though she focused more on sports news and stories of interest. The station covered professional and amateur sports teams in the city.
After her work there, she moved to another station in the locality, this time with NBC Sports Philadelphia, focusing more on sports products and content.

In 2014, Colleen moved to the NFL Network, becoming one of its television personalities.
