Laura was raised in the US by her Asian parents, and was very active during the years she spent in high school – after matriculation, she enrolled at an American university from which she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and environmental sciences in 1987.

Woodrow Tracy Harrelson was born in Midland, Texas USA, on 23 July 1961 – he’s an actor and a playwright, probably best known for portraying Woody Boyd in the “Cheers” TV sitcom, aired from 1985 to 1993.
Woody was raised by his parents Charles Voyde Harrelson – a convicted hitman – and Diane, who was a secretary; he has two brothers named Brett and Jordan. Woody’s father was serving a life sentence from 1979 to 15 March 2007, when he died in the US Penitentiary, Administrative Maximum Facility, having been convicted of killing John H. Wood Jr., a Federal Judge.
Woody attended Lebanon High School in Ohio, before enrolling at Hanover College in Indiana, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater and English in 1983.

Woody was married to Nancy Simon before marrying Laura – he and Nancy wanted to divorce a day after the wedding as the union wasn’t serious, however, the divorce parlor wasn’t open that day, and they ended up staying together for ten months before splitting officially in 1986.

He was arrested in 1982, apparently for dancing in the middle of the street, and was also charged with resisting arrest after running away from the police. On 1 June 1996, he was arrested for planting hemp seeds, which he did to show that the state does not distinguish industrial hemp from marijuana – he informed the county sheriff he was going to plant the seed, had people and CNN filming him planting it, and was arrested the moment he put seeds in the ground. He paid $200 bail and was released free of charges after less than half an hour. He was arrested one more time in 2002, after an incident with a taxi – Woody allegedly paid the driver $844 not to press charges.
