Who is Cree Cicchino?

A young, aspiring actress with 15 acting credits to her name, Cree Cicchino rose to prominence playing Babe Carano in the comedy series “Game Shakers”, which earned her two nominations for Imagen Foundation Award for Best Young Actor- Television. Cree was just 13 years old when she gained fame, and this young lady has recently caught the eye of the audience by starring in the 2023 family drama “#FBF”.

Early life, family, and education

Born Cree Elizabeth Cicchino under the zodiac sign of Taurus on 9 May 2002, in Queens, New York City USA, she holds American nationality and comes from a family of Italian and Ecuadorian descent. Cree has a twin sister, Jayce, and were raised by their parents, Chris and Lori.

Cree had an interest in dancing from an early age, and made her stage debut as a dancer aged just four. She dreamed of becoming a professional hip-hop and jazz-funk singer and dancer, and her idol was Rihanna. However, growing up she fell in love with acting.

When it comes to her educational background, she attended a local high school, and upon matriculating in 2020, she didn’t go to college but pursued her acting career.

Acting career

Cree made her acting debut playing Fred in the TV movie “Nickelodeon’s Ho Ho Holiday Special”, in 2015. She followed with her most notable role to date, as Babe Carano, in the series “Game Shakers”. The show aired from 2015 through 2019, and Cree made an appearance in 61 episodes of this family comedy, about two 12-year-old girls who start a gaming company with their business partner, a rap superstar, Double G. Cree starred opposite Benjamin Flores Junior and Madisyn Shipman, and the show had nine award nominations, including the Kid’s Choice Award nomination for Favorite TV Show (Kids).

Concurrently, Cree was heard as Seashell in the animated series “Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets” (2015-2017), then guest starred in an episode of the series “Me, Myself and I” in 2018.

After her role in “Game Shakers”, Cree was cast to play Marisol Fuentes in the comedy “Mr. Iglesias”. During 2019 and 2020, she was seen in 22 episodes of this show about a high school teacher who works with gifted but disinterested students, which was nominated for the Imagen Foundation Award for Best Primetime Program-Comedy.

Later in 2020, Cree played Mim in the action comedy “The Sleepover”, also starring Sadie Stanley and Maxwell Simkins, which won the ReFrame Stamp for Narrative & Animated Feature. Cree was next cast to play Luisa Torres in the spin-off from “Sex and the City”, entitled “And Just Like That”. During 2021 and 2022, Cree made an appearance in less than 10 episodes of this series which follows the lives of Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda, all in their 50s.

Cree followed with her role as Melanie in the 2022 drama “Stay Awake”, written and directed by Jamie Sisley, which won the Giffoni Film Festival Award for Best Film. Later in 2022, Cree landed the role of Emily Arlen in the series “Big Sky”, starring Katheryn Winnick, Dedee Pfeiffer, and Kylie Bunbury. This mystery crime drama follows the story of an ex-policeman and a private detective who together solve the case of kidnapping on a highway in Montana.

As mentioned, Cree starred as Annie in the 2023 movie “#FBF”, opposite Ashley Judd and Maria Canals-Barrera; this drama followed the story of Annie and her separated parents, with Annie accidentally finding a way to repair her parent’s marriage.

Love life and boyfriend

Cree’s fans want to know all about her, so it isn’t surprising that many are interested in her love life. Cree was romantically linked to actor Jace Norman, perhaps known best for his lead role in the series “Henry Danger”. Reportedly, the two dated back in 2018, however, neither Cree nor Jace commented on these speculations about their romance.

In 2020, Cree posted a photo on her Instagram featuring herself and Jaheem Toombs standing in front of Disneyland’s castle, while Jaheem was on his knees, as though proposing to Cree. This photo caused an internet meltdown, and so Cree wrote a lengthy post explaining that they were joking, and that the ‘proposal’ was fake, confirming that she and Jaheem aren’t engaged. Jaheem is also an actor, and the two are close friends; they starred together in “Nickelodeon’s Ho Ho Holiday Special”.

The newest rumor about Cree’s romantic life is that she might be dating Felix Mallard, with whom she acted in the announced movie “Turtles All the Way Down”, however, Felix is in a relationship with Zoe Cramond, so this rumor appears to be false.

As of July 2023, it seems that Cree is single.

The young actress recently celebrated her 21st birthday, and many of her fans commented that she’s growing up into a real beauty. She has long brown hair and dark brown eyes, and seemingly likes to experiment with hair colors, recently dying several strands of her hair pink. When it comes to her measurements, she has a slim figure, stands at a height of 5ft 6ins (1.65m), weighs around 120lbs (55kgs), with vital statistics of 34-24-35..
