Who is Anne Winters?
American actress Anne Christine Winters was born in Dallas, Texas USA, on 3 June 1994, making Gemini her zodiac sign. She has 27 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for playing Chloe Rice in 19 episodes (2018-2020) of the popular mystery thriller series “13 Reasons Why”, which starred Dylan Minnette and Katherine Langford, and was created by Brian Yorkey. It follows teenager Clay Jensen whose crush has committed suicide, and the series won six of the 22 awards for which it was nominated.
Education and early life
Anne was raised alongside her sister Lauren in Lewisville, Texas by their father Harry Winters and mother Karen; she rarely speaks about her parents and sister in public, because she respects their privacy.
Anne studied at the private Baptist school Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, Texas, and was initially mostly into singing; she was 10 when she performed in front of nearly 25,000 people at the American Airlines Center.

Roles in TV series
Anne’s TV series debut was playing Kylie Kramer in the 2013 episode “Steal-A-Rooney” of the family comedy “Liv and Maddie”, and the following year saw he as Kelsey in six episodes of the romantic drama “The Fosters”, which starred Teri Polo and Sherri Saum, and was created by Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige. It follows teenager Callie Jacob as he’s being raised by his adoptive lesbian mothers, the series aired from 2013 through 2018 and won seven of its 39 award nominations.
In 2015, Anne portrayed Vicki Roth in eight episodes of the crime drama “Wicked City”, and from 2014 through 2016, she portrayed Emma Al-Fayeed in 18 episodes of the action thriller “Tyrant”, which starred Adam Rayner and Jennifer Finnigan, and was created by Howard Gordon and Gideon Raff. It follows an American family who’ve become involved in the actions of a turbulent Middle Eastern nation, the series aired from 2014 through 2016 and won one of its four award nominations.
From 2017 through 2019, Ann played the main character Mia Phillips in the drama “Zac and Mia”, which also starred Kian Lawley and Alex G. Zall, and is based on the novel by A. J. Betts. It follows two teenagers as they’re battling cancer, and the series won three of its eight award nominations.
Anne’s most recent TV series role has been playing Ensign Charly Burke in nine episodes (2022) of the hit adventure comedy “The Orville”, which has been airing since 2017 and today stars Adrianne Palicki and Seth MacFarlane.
