American actress Anne Christine Winters was born in Dallas, Texas USA, on 3 June 1994, making Gemini her zodiac sign. She has 27 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for playing Chloe Rice in 19 episodes (2018-2020) of the popular mystery thriller series “13 Reasons Why”, which starred Dylan Minnette and Katherine Langford, and was created by Brian Yorkey. Anne was raised alongside her sister Lauren in Lewisville, Texas by their father Harry Winters and mother Karen; she rarely speaks about her parents and sister in public, because she respects their privacy.
